Heritage Hall Senior Center has been in operations since 1979 for adults 60 years or older. Located in the Jacinto City Town Center on the corner of Oates Road and Challenger 7 Drive, hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00 Am until 4:00 Pm. We provide a well-balanced congregate meal at noon to those who reserve a meal 2 days in advance and provide Homebound Meals for those who qualify. These meals are funded in part by The City of Jacinto City and The City of Houston acting as Harris County Area Agency on Aging. Bus transportation to and from the center is available to residents in Jacinto City and Songwood. We address the needs of seniors through planned programs of daily activities, physical fitness, recreation, information, trips, shopping, parties and many other services. The center also participates with Harris County Pct. 2gether senior program that allows us to use county buses, participate in Senior Olympics and Pct2 events/parties. We look forward to meeting you.
